Romania and Kosovo 2007
After the Restore Tour of Western Europe in the fall of 2007, a smaller group traveled to Romania and Kosovo. While there, we visited the NGOs that Alabaster Ministries supports. These NGOs work directly with many fatherless and widows in their regions to provide education, health services, legal advice, life skills, and other services to improve their quality of life. The smaller "Restore" tour group visited with several families, and conducted concerts in both Sighisoara, Romania and Djakova, Kosovo.

Ruth Ruibal Benefit
The benefit concert for Ruth Ruibal in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii in April 1996 was the inaugural event for Alabaster Ministries.
Ruth and her husband, Julio Ruibal, pastored a church in Cali, Colombia. Julio was also an integral part of bringing pastors and ministries together in Cali for unified prayer to see the drug cartel's hold on the city come to an end.
In December 1995, an assassin was waiting for him when he was dropped off by Ruth to attend a prayer meeting of Cali's Pastors, and a single bullet to the head ended his life on earth.
After hearing the tragic story, Ruth was invited by Bob and Kathy Fitts to have a time of rest and refreshing in Hawaii. The week of rest was concluded by a benefit concert for her at which fragrant flower leis were stacked to the top of her head by the concert attendees.
